Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of applications made available by Meme Fantasy ("we," "us," "our") . Participants agree not to dispute any delays, revocations, or modifications regarding reward payments. We reserves the right to suspend or terminate any campaign we are hosting at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as system failure, attempted fraud, changes in laws and regulations, etc. (but not limited to these).
User Representations and Agreement

Using unauthorised multiple accounts for duplicate participation
Any other acts that we reasonably determine to have an improper impact on the fairness, security, confidentiality, or integrity of this service through technical means or information technology
You represent and warrant that, in connection with their use of the Services, they will not infringe upon any intellectual property rights owned by us, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, trade secrets, know-how, logos, names, or any other proprietary materials. Group Chat Conduct
Participants must remain courteous and respectful towards other members and admins. Harassment, bullying, or use of slurs is strictly prohibited. Offensive language or hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. Posting repetitive or irrelevant content, including excessive emojis, links, or random text, is considered spam and is disallowed. Advertising personal or commercial products, posting referral links, or promoting unrelated services is not permitted unless explicitly approved by an admin. Promotion of competing games or services without prior approval from the Administrators is disallowed. Sharing links that direct users to fraudulent websites, scams, or other harmful content is prohibited. Users should exercise caution and only follow links shared by verified admins. Refrain from direct insults, name-calling, or threats targeted at other participants or admins. Healthy debate is welcome, but personal attacks are not. If you encounter any content or behaviour that violates these rules, please notify an admin. The Administrators reserve the right to remove messages or users that breach these guidelines. Breaching any of the rules outlined above may result in a warning, temporary muting, or permanent ban from the group, at the Administrators’ discretion. Repeated or severe offences may lead to disqualification from future campaigns and forfeiture of any potential rewards.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in our Service, their contents (including any software) and in the content published on them shall remain at all times vested in us. These intellectual property rights include, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, the underlying software, the design, graphics, layout, look and feel and structure of our Service, database rights, design rights, domain names and rights to goodwill and/or to sue for passing off. You are permitted to use this material and content only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
